Class offers further application of "Match & Mirror" technique for Upper Body - scalp, head, neck & shoulders. Level 2 course technique includes SCM mobilization, Ancient Indian Scalp Massage, Headache & Sinus Relief, Therapeutic Subscapular Mobilization, and Shoulder Release Reflexology. Class provides brief review of Level 1 on how to access the deeper facia layers with more strength, while applying less effort, utilizing a spiraling posture originating from the hips. Though Level 1 is not pre-requisite, it is recommended, so both client and therapist are able to relax during most of the deep-tissue bodywork and massage modalities taught in this class. Level 1 offers approximately 50/50% technique/ergonmomics: Level 2 approximately 70/30% technique/body mechanics. Work smarter rather than harder, save your hands, and see and hear the difference from clients - even through deep-tissue.40
